Manufacturer's Directions
SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. BEST IF USED WITHIN 45 DAYS FROM OPENING. Take two tablespoons (30ml.) four times daily until the bottle is gone. Always consult your physician before using. We recommend you mix it with your favorite juice.
