Relief
I'm panicking right now, cuz I ran out of Hot Flash, and Whole Foods said, I could only order it online. I used to buy two bottles at a time, so I wouldn't be without it. I'm getting reading to order the 180 count. I take three a day with a flaxseed supplement. It really makes a difference for me.

I believe that these definitely help lesson the intensity of not only the hot flashes associated with menopause but also the mood swings. I stopped taking them because I was going through a period and wasnt experiencing any common menopausal symptoms. Only to realize that it was because I was taking this. I had a complete emotional breakdown one evening followed by many restless nights and then the roller coaster body temperature issues. It takes a little while for this to build up in your system, but for me it has been a great equalizer. It doesnt totally take away all symptoms But it makes them bearable.

It Really Works!!
I was 46 when I started Pre-Menopause - UGH!! In November of last year, my Sister-In-Law turned me on to Hot Flash. I was skeptical but after the many nights of a sweat soaked bed, constantly having hot flashed in the middle of conversations and feeling like I could spontaneously combust at any moment, I was willing to try anything! She told me it would take 4 weeks to kick in but once it did it would be amazing. SHE WAS RIGHT!!!! I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from hot flashes
