There Will 'Be No' Gas~
'Digest Complete Enzyme Formula' does exactly what it says--it completely digests all of my foods; no more bloating or gas. One small capsule taken at the beginning of any meal, and I'm good. This natural remedy works better for me than 'Beano' ever did. 'Nuff said.

I ususally dont fall for advertisements, but I read a review on this in a prevention magazine. Take it 15 mins prior to a protein powder shake for maximum body consumption of protein. I think it works as it keeps me regular, no irritable bowel issues either and I have lost 6 lbs with no other dietary changes. Who says you cant lose weight at age 40?

Pretty Good
These seem to work fine, dont know if they are better than the Now Brand I bought. Hard to say as the way enzymes are measured makes it hard to know how much one is taking with respect to how much one needs. No upset stomach. Seems to help keep regular. I picked these over other brands due to reviews on many sites, and the excellent website the company maintains.
