This is great stuff, take it 30 mins bf workout, it gives you a bust of energy n help w muscle fatigue. Also help with recovery n diminish muscle soreness.                                                         The liquid has always worked best for me.
                                                        
When you buy the liquid, you don't have to load, everyday.You take it when you workout.
I guess it depends on the individual, how their body reacts, and what they are trying to achieve.

I've used both the monohydrate powder and the serum.  The serum does not contain enough creatine and did not provide any results; read this article - very helpful..
