Liquid Fasting With Liver Powder
Due to a commitment I made to God I liquid fast 5-days a week, and this liver powder mixed with vegetable juice really helps me maintain enough energy to exercise, even though Im 60 years old.
Con: Tastes like strong liver, but what did I expect? LOL

Terrific for health
What can you say about a life saver. If you are low on energy (young housewives with young children and working mothers) this is for you. It kept me going during those years. You know liver has that intrinsic factor in it and some people need that boost to function at their peak. I was one of those people and it changed my life for the better. I was finally able to keep up with all of those things that needed to be done and had to be done for the little ones. You will be glad you gave this a try.

An acquired taste
I like to fill my mouth with water and then dump in the powder- has a strong, earthy taste, but after you begin associating the taste with the tremendous pump in the workout that follows, it suddenly tastes good every time!

Has a lot benefits, but will make you puke!
If you put this in a glass water and try to drink it, you will puke. You have to mix it in something strong, because it tastes very, very nasty!
