Wow- this works
I have had knee pain for over 8 years since a bad skiing accident. Damp wet, cold weather makes it worse. I began taking this at the recommendation of a friend and within 3 days I could feel improvement...no one was more surprised than me!!! It's now two weeks later and the improvement is a bit better each day. I am also using the Hyalogic Joint & Muscles rub...wow oh wow this is the dynamic duo of relief. I even have my 83 year old father using it and he is in shock how much better his joints are feeling during this cold damp weather. I did order the double strength as I was thinking less pills to swallow the better but I noticed upon approval (my own fault) that the 100 mm formula doesn't have any MSM and my understanding is that his a big help to the joint...I haven't used those yet so I cannot comment...but this is a classic case of "do not assume"

Works So Far
Have been taking this one for around a month now, bicep tendonitis in both arms seems to be much better, and as I go to the gym alot, tendonitis flares up after each session but now it seams to heal much quicker. This is the only product change I've made in that time, so I am very happy with the results, results I did not see with Glucosamine.

All Hyaluronic Acids are not created equal
The low rating is because no information is given here as to the source of this HA - or at lease not that I can see.
I have been researching and trying different forms of HA for a while now. I recently found a study (LINK REMOVED)("Will the Real Hyaluronan Please Stand Up")which says that despite claims to contrary, high molecular weight HA from fermented plant sources is available to the body when taken orally and is identical to the HA the body itself generates, whereas HA from Rooster Comb and HA which has been modified to be low molecular weight is less desirable and of doubtful helpfulness. I have been using AllStarHealth to purchase some of my supplements and would like to see information about which HA is from fermented vegetable sources and which is from Rooster Comb. I tried some of the Jarrow "Bioavailable" HA and did not notice any particular benefits from it, although I do find that massaging HA serum in my joints is effective.
