Solution: Rosewater Concentrate is made from rose oil, alcohol and water. Rosewater is believed to be the first modern perfume, credited to the famous Persian polymath Avicenna, who discovered the process of distilling oil from rose petals.

Water (Aqua), Alcohol, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil.

This product can be used in lotions, cold creams, and also as pleasant smelling potpourri. Mix with vegetable glycerin for moisturizing use, or dilute with distilled water for a facial toning mist.
