Seem to be good
I bought these because of my DNA profile which showed this form of vitamin E may be better for me than the tocopherol, which is the most common form, and can be inflammatory. Its too soon to see if theres a difference yet but they seem to be helping somewhat. I was taking 200 iu of the tocopherol form but these are only 50mg, which I think works out as only 76.62 iu in vitamin E terms, so maybe I need to increase my dose. The only drawback in doing so is that this version works out more expensive than the bog standard tocopherol forms for the same quantity.
