Great tasting, work fast
My daughter and I love these things; they calm her down within about 30-45 mins, and they help me get a full nights sleep. They normally kick in within about an hour, so Id take them about an hour before you want to crash for the night. These are the only ones my daughter will use, she says they taste a lot better than others weve tried. They are non-habit forming, Ive taken them for a week straight, then not taken them for a few weeks, and I can sleep just fine without them, but usually dont fall asleep quite as quickly.
