ご使用方法
As a dietary supplement, consult 1 serving (1 scoop) of Superhuman Pre with 8-10oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Users may assess tolerance by beginning with 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) mixed in 4-6 ounces of water if desired. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime or combine with other products that contain caffeine.
