this rose toner has hyaluronic acid in it and works on skin with glycerin to lock in moisture., I enjoy the rose garden scent, and the overall benefits. It does a wonderful job topically for my skin, along with ingesting water and mineral salts. This helped restore wrinkly neck tissues. When I first started using it, I had 2 frozen thumbs (Could not bend but had no stiffness) and I had ordered this to fill out my vitamin D order and within a week both thumbs were freed. I suspect the hyaluronic acid worked on the thumb joints. I have sent this as a gift to others. The glycerin is thick so keep it away from your eyes. Love all-star and appreciate their honesty and reliability.

Great Stuff - Now Use This Instead of NaPCA
I had been using NaPCA toner for almost 20 years and then in November and December 2015, the supplier stopped shipping it and there wasnt a bottle to be found at any of the stores in my city and even here at All Star Health it was unavailable. So I decided to try this as an alternate until I could get NaPCA again. But after a month of using this, I can say I will never go back to plain old NaPCA again. This has no alcohol and smells great and keeps my skin much more moist.
