For sustained-release, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 8 oz. of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup. For 8-hour sustained-release: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 16 oz. of cold water or skim milk. Use between major meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
