At last, oats that people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can enjoy, too! All of the oat groats we receive undergo an R5 ELISA test to ensure they contain no more than 19 parts per million of gluten. Our groats are then steamed and rolled to create the ideal texture. Finally, unlike our regular rolled oats, our gluten free grains are packaged in our dedicated facility and tested for to make sure they adhere to our strict protocols.

Manufacturer's Directions
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.
