  • Refunds and Returns

    If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a refund. The product must contain at least 25% of the original portion. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping charges.

    We reserve the right to deny RMAs on products not purchased for personal consumption. We define personal consumption as returns of 20 or less units of the same product. Approvals for returns of 20 items or more will be treated on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed to be covered by our 30-Day Return Policy. Resellers are subject to a per-order return processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

    You must utilize our site's return function or contact us by phone or email to obtain a shipping label or Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMAs if our return policy is being abused.

    To utilize our site's return function, visit the "Returns" tab under "My Account". Please note that this option is not available for items under $9.95 in value. A $9.95 fee will be deducted from your refund if you would like to have your return refunded back to your original payment method. The shipping label will be free if you choose to have your refund issued in the form of a store credit. The store credit will be applied to your next order once placed, or you can contact us by phone or email to place your order if you prefer to have the credit applied prior to payment. We will process your return within 5-7 business days of the date delivered to our warehouse.

    Melted Products: Products with chocolate or similar coatings as well as chewable gummies may melt during shipping in warmer months. We provide a notice during checkout if any of the products being purchased are known to be susceptible to melting. We suggest refrigerating the products as soon as you receive them to restore original consistency. We cannot offer replacements or accept returns for melted products. We recommend selecting expedited services in warm weather conditions to minimize exposure to heat.

    Freshness Guarantee: Due to our high stock turnover, our products typically have 18-24 months of shelf life, but we guarantee at least 3 months. Any items that do not meet this minimum are sold at a discounted price and are marked with the expiration date on the product page. We do not accept returns on these discounted products.

    Undeliverable Orders: Parcels that are returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, recipient refusal, or customs issues will be processed as returns. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your order minus outbound and return shipping charges. For international shipments, please note that if the carrier charges us more than the product value to return the shipment, we will be unable to process a refund.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments: To ensure delivery of your order, we have chosen reputable carriers for all of our domestic orders. Deliveries typically arrive without issue. However, if your package is not received, or products arrive damaged, please contact us by email or phone for assistance. We will typically request additional information, such as photos or product details, and may arrange for the shipment to be returned. We reserve the right to decline claims if we have reasonable grounds to believe they were not submitted in good faith.

    Cancel Order: We offer a self-service cancellation option, which is available by logging into your account and going to the "Previous Orders" section. If the cancellation option is not available, the order is already being packed by our warehouse and you must contact us by email or phone to request cancellation. We will always do our best to assist promptly with any email or voicemail inquiries to cancel orders, but all requests are handled in the order received and we may not be able to cancel the order prior to shipment. Once an order has been marked as shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order, and a return must be requested using the instructions above.

  • Tracking an Order

    When your order is placed, we will send an order receipt via email. The order receipt will include a tracking link you can use to view the status of your order, as the page will be updated with tracking information once your order has shipped. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, tracking is usually not available for some international orders, as well as for APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and we will not be able to provide tracking information for these services.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks, and money orders. Checks and money orders must be received within 30 days of order placement and orders paid via check will be held until the check has cleared.

    What kind of information do we collect?

    We collect your contact information upon account set-up or at the time you place an order (such as name, shipping and email address, or phone number), username and password for the account, your credit or debit card information (including card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code, and billing address).

    We also collect information on how you use our site, your purchase and return information, contact information for any friends you referred, copies of any emails that have been sent or received along with phone conversation notes, information you provide by interacting with us through reviews submitted to the site, social media (including photographs), shopping behavior and preferences, and other details that you may submit to us or that may be included in the information provided to us by third parties.

    How do we use the information that is collected?

After you place an order your contact information may be used to contact you regarding any issues or to get in touch with you regarding the status of your order. You will automatically receive refill reminder emails unless you opt-out at the time the order is placed by clicking the opt-out button, or by replying to customer service from the refill reminder e mail asking us to stop sending the emails. We never process orders without your consent, and do not participate in auto-fulfillment or subscription services for your account. Newsletters will be automatically sent unless you opt-out when placing your first order, or by emailing customerservice@allstarhealth.com to opt-out at any time.

    All Star Health utilizes third-party service providers to facilitate transactions and improve your experience. Examples of third-party service providers include credit card processing services, affiliate marketing, and email marketing providers. Any information that we share with a third-party service provider is done safely, securely, and under a contractual relationship with that provider to protect your data.

    On our website, we may collect information about your online activities to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. We also engage with third-party advertising networks. Ad networks may include third-party ad servers, ad technology vendors and research firms.     How Do we Keep Information Secure?

    AllStarHealth.com uses SSL (secure socket layer) to encrypt information before it is sent across the internet. This can be verified by checking for the lock or key icon in the status bar of your browser. Sensitive information is stored in encrypted form according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. If you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card information online, you may call us or fax the information to 714-891-8989.

    We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to assist us in protecting the personal information we collect against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. We are confident of our security measures and will reimburse our customers for any fraudulent activity that may arise from use of a credit card at our site. Consumer protection laws limit consumer liability to $50 if the fraud is reported within 60 days. Almost all credit card companies waive the $50 charge. In the event that your card company does not waive these charges, we will reimburse you for the amount your card company charges you, up to the $50 legal maximum.     AllStarHealth.com will not be undersold. If you find a lower advertised price on your online order, please email or call us before placing your order and we will match the price. Please be sure to take into account the total cost of the order, including all products as well as shipping and handling.

    Our low price guarantee applies to identical orders, so will not mix and match prices from more than one store. AllStarHealth.com reserves the right to deny price matching at our discretion. Our low-price guarantee applies to products listed on our web site that have not been discontinued by manufacturers and does not apply to clearance prices or short-dated products. The competitor must have the item in stock at the time a price match is requested, as prices often change when products are restocked. Price matches may not be combined with other discounts or coupons.

    AllStarHealth.com was founded way back in the 20th century by two brothers working out of their Mom and Dad's one car garage. What we now believe was a sophisticated and covert plot by Mom and Dad to regain access to their rightful indoor parking spot, ultimately led the two of them to join their offspring in an effort to graduate from a startup home business experiment to a "real" company. Their hard work paid off just a few short months later when the garage got packed up and moved into the first of what would end up being 6 facilities over the course of the next 20+ years.

    Decades later, the dream lives on. That 300 square foot garage has expanded to over 250,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, including both East and West Coast locations to ensure your orders arrive quickly no matter where you call home.
