Great Migraine Maintenance & Relief
My holistic doctor recommended this as preventive daily maintenance for migraines. It has made a difference, that is an improvement. I take 3 daily. I find it also works for immediate relief especially if I take with a couple of aspirin type tablets. And yes, better with the butter burr along with the pain tablets.

Migraine buster
Since taking this supplement, which combines butterbur with feverfew, my migraines are very nearly gone. Noticed a change 7 hours after the first dose. Life is so much more pleasant!

Headache Gone
The butternut are the greatest, I have tried a lot of headache medications, this is the best, I highly recommend them.

Consistently halves my head-ache frequency
Everyone's migraines are different, and the medicine that works for me might not work for you. What should help everyone, however, is keeping a log of your daily head-aches and what medicine or activity you are testing.
My neurologist gave me a list of supplements to try for two weeks each, and both butterbur and feverfew were on the list. The first supplement I tried seemed to work at first, but by the end of the first week, no difference. I chose NOW Butterbur with Feverfew because it happened to have two supplements I was supposed to test. Taking two pills a day halved my head-aches within a week, and after a year, two pills/day still works. My blood work-ups at the Dr's office, including kidney and liver, are all normal, so no long-term problems from the formulation, either. The one problem was when I ran out of the stuff. I thought I didn't need it anymore because a week later, I still had only 2 - 3 head-aches a week. Then the last of the effect must have vanished, because I was back to every day. Ordered a three-month supply and the benefit was back within a week.
I'm not saying butterbur and feverfew will work for you. My personal advice: Start your head-ache log (if you haven't got one already), then buy one bottle of NOW Butterbur and Feverfew to try a couple times a day. If those medicines work for you, the NOW brand is great quality at a good price. If they don't work, try other things: Exercise, more sleep, diet, B2, etc. And very best of luck getting your health back.
