Warm the muscles
I am going on 63 I don’t use this item for any sort of competition, it helps to heat the muscles and joints. But it also gives the veins a good heat which brings them out to the fore which helps deliver more oxygen to my muscles. I have had many complaints from other other gym users, you know the ones who come and go because they couldn’t gain any muscles after their first month ever in the gym when I have used other sprays like deep heat, but this spray leaves no smell but be prepared to have your tops get oil stains if you use it regularly like I do. So don’t use that top which maybe your favorite outside the gym.
