ご使用方法
Shake bottle. To use as a brushing rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back & brush. To use as a pre-rinse & for best results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out & follow with Steps 2 & 3 of The Pristine Protocol. And of course you can use it any time as a mouthwash.
